We regret that we will not be offering any returns or refunds on your purchases. We will however accept exchanges for defective or damaged merchandise. All exchanges will be subject to stock availability. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at email@example.com if the item is defective or damaged. When contacting us, please provide us with your order details as well as a description and photos of the defects or the damage so that we may evaluate the issue.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If your item is eligible for an exchange, we will provide you with information on how to return the defective or damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will arrange for the new item to be delivered to you at your given address. We will also provide you with a tracking ID through our delivery service provider. Detailed instructions will be provided to you during the exchange process.
Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any exchange question at firstname.lastname@example.org.
